This course is a continuation of the basics of the Spanish language acquired in Basic Level 1. It involves intensive practice in conversation, phonetics and composition. Students have the opportunity to become more familiar with verbs ending in -er and -ir in past tense, as well as to learn the use of the comparative and superlative forms. Prerequisites: CEA141
