This introductory course will teach students the mechanics of their cameras and how to manipulate light for different situations. Aperture, camera speeds, ISO settings, white balance, flash, and depth of field will be discussed. Photoshop Elements will be used to view and evaluate photos. There will be work assignments to complete between classes, focusing on the use of various camera features and having fun with your camera.
