Learning to draw is in great part learning to really see what you are looking at. You then take that three-dimensional scene or object and translate it onto a two-dimensional surface. Using your drawing medium of choice (pencil, charcoal, paint, pastel, ink), you will receive instruction in all types of drawing. Landscape, wildlife, portraiture, life and still life will be explored during this course. Texture, the use of light and shadow, and composition will also be covered.
