Overview:

This is a one day workshop builds a further understanding of Pm theory and terminology in the specific areas of Time, Cost, Risk, Human Resource, Communication and Quality Management. This intensive workshop takes a real “hands on approach using actual projects allowing participants to apply their new skills immediately. The emphasis throughout the course is on making project management easy to understand and apply in the workplace . This course will allow project managers to identify and eliminate critical pitfalls and establish consistent project success.

The course will provide students with a basic understanding of the Project management Body of knowledge (PMBOK) as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
