The Human Resources Department provides a full range of human resources services for full and part time academic, administrative and support staff at Canadore College.
The Human Resources Department leads the college’s recruitment and selection processes and administers the compensation, classification, pension and benefit plans. The Department provides leadership in maintaining a positive working environment for all employees by managing staff relations and providing expert advice on collective agreement and human resources issues.
