UPPER RESIDENCE - TOWN-HOUSE

Each bright, comfortable townhouse has six bedrooms, a four-piece and a two-piece washroom, a kitchen, a large combined dining and living room area and storage space.

Your own private bedroom comes furnished with a bed, desk, bookshelf, dresser, full-length mirror, study desk lamp, wall-to-wall carpeting, internet and cable television connections, a telephone, and a closet.

Shared facilities include the kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge and stove, and the dining room, which is furnished with a table and six chairs, couches, a coffee table, chairs and a lamp are also provided in order to make each living room comfortable and relaxing.

The Upper Residence office also offers two student lounges with TV, vending machines, pool table, student mailboxes, and laundry facilities.

LOWER RESIDENCE - APARTMENTS

Canadore’s apartment style residence, also referred to as Lower Residence, opened in 2004. This modern facility features six floors of four-bedroom suites, meaning you will be sharing living space with three roommates.

A laundry room, mailboxes, assembly room and games room are located on the first floor. Various student lounges are located throughout the building containing TV rooms, ping pong table, vending machines, barbeque patio. The building has a controlled access system and security cameras on each floor for the safety and security of residents.

Your room features a single bed, a desk with chair, shelving with space to hang clothes, internet and cable television connections, and a telephone. In your suite you will find two full bathrooms featuring a bath and shower, a common area with a television with cable, chairs and a coffee table, and a dining table with four chairs. A shared kitchen with cabinets, sink, stove and refrigerator is also in the common area.
 

LOFT RESIDENCE - DOWNTOWN

Units are fully furnished with a fridge, stove and dishwasher. The building has on-site laundry facilities, secure access, security cameras and an elevator.

Parking will be an additional $40.00 per month and is located approximately 1 block from the building (over beside Greco’s).

Applications should be sent in as soon as possible. Preference will be given to Upper Year and Mature students.
