Canadore Winter Welcome & Orientation – January 9, 2026


Location: Commerce Court Campus

Bundle up and get ready to pounce into your first semester! All Winter 2026 Semester 1 students are invited to join us for our in-person Canadore Winter Welcome at the Commerce Court Campus. We’ll help you break the ice, meet new people, and start your semester on the right paw!
Session 1: International Orientation

➥ Time: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM

All first-semester international students are invited to kick off their Canadore journey with valuable information about immigration, health insurance, international student supports, safety and security, academic success, and more. It’s the perfect way to warm up to life in Canada!
Session 2: Lunch Social

➥ Time: 11:45 AM

All first-semester students are welcome to join us for a cozy, community-building lunch. Mix and mingle with fellow Panthers, staff, and faculty while enjoying some delicious food—because nothing brings people together like a good winter feast!

Session 3: Intro to the Panther Passport & Academic Welcome

Learn about how to access the supports and services available to help you thrive at Canadore. From academics to wellness, this session gives you the tools you need to stay cool, confident, and ready to succeed.
Session 4: Campus Tours & Program Welcome
➥ Time: 1:30 PM

Meet your program coordinator and classmates, explore your campus, and discover what’s waiting for you this semester. Consider it your guided trek through your new Panther habitat!
