A new “normal” of social distancing is creating unprecedented challenges that are compromising our physical, mental & emotional health on a global scale. This webinar series is designed to assist students in creating their own Nutritional Wellness Program, which will support them as they navigate through daily activities with increased energy, confidence, focus, clarity and vitality.

Exposure to food and environmental toxins and it’s affects on the brain.  Intermittent Fasting as a tool to heal, repair and reboot the brain and body.

Individualized Plan

Routine for the day, food and techniques to rest and restore.  Tips on morning routines, breathing & gentle moving techniques, staying focused through the day while studying and getting quality sleep.

Additional supports necessary for a healthy gut brain connection.
