Wi Fi/Network Access on Campus

Canadore uses Eduroam as the primary Wi Fi network.

To connect:

1. Open the Wi Fi settings on your device.
2. Select Eduroam from the list of available networks
3. Sign in using your Canadore email address and password

Credentials:

•  Staff use their EmployeeNumber@canadorecollege.ca email.
• Students use their Email-ID-Number-Here@canadorestudents.ca email.
• If your institution is under the Eduroam program, you can login using your home institutions credentials.

Once connected, your device will automatically connect to Eduroam at Canadore and any other participating colleges and universities in Canada.

If you change your password, you may need to reconnect to the Eduroam network on your device.

Visitors to Canadore can connect to the CanadoreConnect Wi-Fi network.

CanadoreConnect is an open Wi-Fi network and does not require login credentials and provides internet access for general use while on campus.

To connect:

1. Open the Wi-Fi settings on your device.
2. Select CanadoreConnect from the list of available networks and select “Connect”.
3. If prompted with “sign in required”, a browser window will open requesting you click the “Continue to the Internet” button. Once you confirm, you will now be connected to CanadoreConnect.
