Body Brave is a charity that provides accessible person-centred, compassionate care for anyone struggling with or at risk of an eating disorder. For more information on this program please visit their website: Eating Disorder Treatment | Body Brave | Hamilton.

BounceBack gives residents of Ontario aged 15+ access to free materials and resources that can be customized to fit their individual mental health needs whether they are feeling low, stressed out, worried, depressed, irritable, angry, or apathetic. Registrants will have access to workbooks, activities, videos, and a trained coach who can provide up to six telephone sessions. Connex Ontario is available to connect the people of Ontario to mental health, addictions, and problem gambling services. Connex Ontario’s confidential and free services are available 24/7. Good2T alk is a free, confidential support helpline available 24/7 to post-secondary students in Ontario. If you need support or are unsure where to start, you may find Good2T alk’s personal growth and well-being resources helpful. They can be reached by calling 1-866-925-5454 or texting GOOD2TALKON to 686868.

The Hope for Wellness Helpline is available to all Indigenous people across Canada. Experienced and culturally competent counsellors are reachable by telephone and online ‘chat’ 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Both telephone and online chat services are available in English and French. Telephone support is also available upon request in Cree, Ojibway (Anishinaabemowin) and Inuktitut.

LGBT Youthline is a 2SLGBTQ+ youth-led peer support organization that affirms and supports the experiences of youth (29 and under) across Ontario. Youthline provides anonymous peer support, referrals, training and resources.
