Basic Veterinary Pharmacology
14 weeks – Course
Overview
The focus of this course is on veterinary pharmacology, the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of veterinary drugs, as well as drugs most commonly used in veterinary medicine, so that the student can develop the necessary vocabulary and understanding of pharmacology to work effectively within a veterinary hospital. The regulations which govern veterinary drugs as well as basic pharmacy skills will be covered.

You may enroll in a Continuing Education course at Canadore College if you are 19 years of age or older or if you have earned an Ontario Secondary School Diploma/Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent.
