Fall Registration and Obtaining your Schedule:

On-Line registration for the fall 2019 term will open  on Wednesday, August 14, 2019.  In order to prevent a system overload we have staggered your time to register.  This will be the only method to obtain your schedule for the fall.

Registration times will be as follows:

Wednesday, August 14, 2019

August 14 – 10:00am Commerce Court (new and returning programs)   
August 14 – 12:00pm Aviation (new and returning) 
August 14 – 2:00pm Practical Nursing - (Year 1) College Drive and Parry Sound 

Thursday, August 15, 2019

August 15 – 9:00am        Practical Nursing – (returning) 
August 15 – 10:00am      Remaining Health Programs (Dental Hygiene, Health Care Administration, Occupational/Physiotherapy Assistant, Preparatory Health, Personal Support Worker, Respiratory Therapy)
August 15 – 11:00am      All Human Services Programs  (Early Childhood Education, Mental Health and Addiction Worker, Social Service Worker, Social Service Worker – Gerontology)
August 15 – 12:00pm      All other remaining programs


The registration window will remain open for all students until September 16th, 2019 (10 day count) with the exception of Aviation, which will close on September 3rd, 2019.


You will need your student ID number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your Banner User ID is your student number. Example  A00…or 200.. for some students. You will be able to find this number on all communication that has been sent to you previously.

If this is your first time logging in, your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be your birth date in the format of DDMMYY. For example, if your birthday is March 17, 1964, then your PIN will be 170364.

Once you have logged in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your PIN. Use any numeric combination to a length of six characters. You will also be prompted to enter a security question and answer so that if you ever forget your PIN, you can reset it yourself.

Student Fee Opt-Out FAQ

The Government of Ontario announced in a news release earlier this year that beginning in September 2019, colleges and universities must give students the option to choose which nonessential fees they want to pay for.

Students will be given opportunity to opt-out of optional fees at the time of online registration or up to the 10th day of classes.

Should you wish to opt back in, you must do so in the Admissions office or by going online to fill in the opt-in form.

Students cannot opt out of the optional ancillary fees after the 10th day of classes

Students can visit the Admissions Office at any campus to opt-in after the 10th day of classes. If a student opts in during the semester, the optional ancillary fee will not be prorated and payment is due at the time of opt-in.

Students who choose to opt-out of the following optional ancillary fees that are charged each semester may not be able to access those services.

Yes, students will be presented the option to opt-out of the optional fees each semester at the time of online registration.
