Canadore College Alumni sail the “C” of Red at Calgary Flames Game.

On February 15th, 2024, a group of Canadore College Alumni and family and friends gathered at the Saddledome in Calgary for a night of fun, food, and Flames hockey! The evening marked the first Alumni event in Western Canada and was undoubtedly a memorable one.
Attendees were treated to exclusive pre-game access to the Calgary Flames Alumni Lounge, where they enjoyed stadium-style foods, received limited edition Canadore swag, and tried their luck at a raffle for Flames merchandise. The atmosphere was exciting as alumni from programs including Nursing, Aviation, Journalism, Electrical and Hospitality shared stories and pictures spanning decades of Canadore’s history, creating a strong sense of community within the group.
For the game, the group had a fantastic view of the action on the ice. Though the Flames couldn’t secure a win that night, the group remained in good spirits. We look forward to the next opportunity to gather with Canadore Alumni in a Canadian city near you!
