• The athletic facilities and training spaces as well as the classroom are available to the public to book for a minimum of 1 hour, and in ½ hour increments beyond that.
• Please note that insurance is required for anyone renting and space in the dome. Insurance can be acquired HERE and must be uploaded with your booking or sent to graham.loyst@canadorecollege.ca prior to your booking. If you are a business or club that carries your own insurance (min. $5M in liability), please ensure you upload a Certificate of Insurance naming "Canadore College - 60 Commerce Crescent, North Bay, ON P1A 0B4" as an additional insured.

• Indoor footwear must be worn in the dome at all times by participants and spectators.
• Participants only on the field and courts. Spectators must remain on the perimeter of the field and courts.
• Clear fluids only in the dome. All other food and beverage must be consumed in the clubhouse.
• No spitting or chewing gum on the playing surfaces.
• Please clean up after yourselves. There are garbage and recycling receptacles conveniently located around the facility for tape, water bottles, etc.
• It is strictly prohibited to hang on the goals and netting.
