Allison Automatic Transmissions
This course is an EVT F-6 Allison Transmission course that covers the servicing and maintenance, diagnostics and troubleshooting of Allison Automatic Transmissions AT, MT & HT series. For emergency responders, failure is notan option. Allison Transmission has spent decades designing and building fully automatic transmissions that perform at their best in critical situations. Including an Allison fully automatic transmission in the driveline will enable the chassis, body and pump to efficiently work together, improving uptime and performance that this course covers in the classroom and with fire apparatus for hands-on to include operation, maintenance, and diagnostics containing power take-off, auxiliary functions, prognostics, converters, integral retarder and more. A sound vehicle and maintenance and testing program is important to government agencies of all sizes. That’s why understanding proper Allison Transmission maintenance, diagnosing, and testing are so important.
