Overview
This online course presents proven strategies for coaching and communication, getting work done, resloving conflict, improving positive performance, and developing positive working relationships. (A Manuafacturing Leadership Ceritificate Program – MLCP-credit). This course introduces the fundamental principles of coaching and developing people in order to encourage their ongoing learning process in the workplace. Communication skills including delegation, motivation, conflict resolution and empowerment will be discussed. Students will have the opportunity to practice these skills and others through on-line discussions and work related projects.

You may enroll in a Continuing Education course at Canadore College if you are 19 years of age or older or if you have earned an Ontario Secondary School Diploma/Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent.
