Canadore Panther Volleyball teams heading to the OCAA Playoffs

The regular 2022 OCAA Volleyball season is now complete, and the year marks stellar performances by Canadore Panthers Men’s and Women’s teams. For the first time in Canadore’s history, the Panther men captured their first eastern conference title, with a 7-1 record. The Panther women’s team finished the regular season in second place in the eastern conference, also with a 7-1 record.
Both teams finished their regular season this past weekend, and are ready to move on to the playoffs.
The Panther women’s team will host Georgian College on Thursday, March 10, at 6 p.m. in the Education Centre gym. Earlier in the season, the Panthers defeated Georgian 3-0 at home. If Canadore defeats the Georgian Grizzlies they will host the winner of Fanshawe or Redeemer vs Cambrian.
The men’s team will meet the Fleming Knights on Thursday, March 10, at 8 p.m. at home in the Education Centre gym. The Panthers met Fleming on the road this past weekend, and defeated them 3-0.
The quarter-finals are set for Saturday, March 12. The Panthers welcome their fans back into the stands.
