Panthers Volleyball Takes the Court this Wednesday

(NORTH BAY, ONT.) – The Canadore Panthers varsity volleyball teams will be taking on the Georgian Grizzlies this Wednesday.

The women’s volleyball team will face off at 6 p.m. and the men’s at 8 p.m. The men hold an 8-3 record and are ranked 2^nd in the in the Ontario Colleges Athletics Association (OCAA) standings in the east division. The women hold 2^nd place in the east division with a 9-2 record following a busy weekend at home.

Date: Wednesday, January 16, 2019

Time: WVB @ 6 p.m. & MVB @ 8 p.m.

Location: Education Centre Gym, 100 College Drive, North Bay, Ont.

All games take place in the Education Centre Gym. Admission is free, but as a part of the college’s food insecurity initiative, patrons are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to games to help stock the shelves of the North Bay Food Bank and the Canadore College Emergency Student Food Bank. Game enthusiasts also receive complimentary popcorn.
