Today more than ever, leaders need to be creative and critical thinkers in order to deal with all aspects of organizational, strategic and societal situations or environments. You will learn how to think creatively and critically and apply those skills to both professional and personal situations. For leaders, fine-tuning your creative and critical thinking skills will assist you in strategic planning, decision-making and problem solving.

Learning outcomes represent culminating demonstrations of learning and achievement. In addition, learning outcomes are interrelated and cannot be viewed in isolation of one another. As such, they should be viewed as a comprehensive whole. They describe performances that demonstrate that significant integrated learning by graduates of the program has been achieved.
