Canadore’s Post Production Program Full of ‘Avid’ Learners

Graduates of Canadore College’s Post Production program will have industry-leading certifications to add to their resumes.

Students in the College’s Post Production program master valued competency and efficiency skills in media through the Avid Learning program, certified by Avid Technology, Inc.

“Avid is one of the biggest names in the industry and that means that employers can hire our graduates with confidence,” said Yura Monestime, Interim Dean of Media, Culinary and Computing. “This editing platform is used worldwide in broadcast, cinema and post production. By working on modern real-world technology, our graduates are job-ready.”

Canadore College is an authorized Avid Learning Partner – Academic. The certification is delivered to students by college faculty throughout the duration of the program.
